Help . . . Need a J O B!!!

I was wondering if anyone knew of any assignments for NICU with their companies. I have three different companies right now (cctc, amn, fastaff) all with none or minimal assignments. Was wondering if anyone else's companies or recruiters had anything as am willing to apply elsewhere. I currently extended for four weeks where I am at but am hoping to find something soon. All I keep hearing is wait it out. Everywhere I have submitted my application have already had over a hundred. . . . so I know its getting competitive since the lack of assignments. Would love to hear anyones thoughts . . . .

Hey there...I'm also a NICU nurse and I was hoping to start traveling in the early spring but I've been worried about everyone on here talking about how scarce jobs are. I've only submitted info to one smaller company and am looking into a couple more. I see you are already with three major agencies and still haven't gotten any contract offers! Unbelievable! I know I'm not really answering your question but I just wanted to let you know another NICU nurse sympathizes with you! Good luck!

There is nothing out there! I extended where I am... so did all the others. Hopefully things will open up, but as they do, it's going to be a serious competition! Good Luck!

I checked my companies website and they did have a NICU job posted. I don't remember where. If you want me to check it out for you PM me and let me know. I do ICU and ER so I don't usually check out other area.
