Help with NCLEX

I need help passing the NCLEX Exam. I am a student who graduated in May, 2016. I have always had a difficult time on ATI predictors and NCLEX type questions. I took the NCLEX in August and failed. I am scheduled to take the test again the end of this month. My concern is that I took the Online Kaplan Course after having failed the first time. I am getting more and more concerned, because I am taking Kaplan Tests after having done all the Kaplan review and am still testing low. I feel defeated. I know the material, but have always had a difficult time answering these tests correctly. Can anyone help me come up with a study strategy for this NCLEX test I'm taking later this month? I don't want to fail it again!!

Thank you.
