Help!!! I'm loosing my mind

Are you stressed out? Try an relaxation exercise like pilates or yoga because I felt like that when I scheduled for my exam again in Feb and now it's April. It's hard to find out where to start studying again. Try to clear out your mind first and then find what's comfortable for you. In my case, I was so strung out that I couldn't focus and I only practice questions every day from Feb to mid March. My friend passed his LPN nclex with Frye's 3000 bullets, Exam Cram (content) book, and lots of questions from his books.

i paid for the lpn exam on the 13th of last month since then i tried to sturdy i can't seem to focus. i made a calender of what to sturdy each day but i can't focus:confused:. i don't know where 2 start, wat 2 sturdy or wat 2 do. i'm going crazy i don't wanna fail this exam

please somebody tell me wat 2 do

omg first stop thinking negatively. tell yourself that the exam you are going to take is passable! you know why..? because it is!!!!!!!! believe that it's passable and also believe that you can pass it. if you believe in yourself you should be more focused when you sturdy. and if you have a hard time sturdying one way, then find a different way to do it. i want you to write i will pass the lpn exam on many index cards and stick it on your walls

Calm your nerves first before starting to review, give yourself at least a week/ 5days depending if you are ready to study... Nothing will enter into your mind if you are anxious..... Go and listen to beethoven/mozzart it will help you or go to a spa..... I know you can do this.... GO GO GO GO

I know very well what you are experiencing right now. First, avoid all distractions including daydreaming. Think that you will not have a life for awhile. You can start with your favorite subject by refreshing with the contents before going to questions or which one works for you. Study by system if possible. Answer them in increments day by day until you can do at least 100-200 per day.

It is tough to face this challenge but there will be more challenges to come in our future job.
