Help Graduated PN Program over 10years ago failed NCLEX Never retested?

I need assistance I live in PA , I took my NCLEX-PN over 10 years ago and fail and never retested . However my kids are all grown and I would like to get my license and then eventually get my RN .... Any advice ????

    Refresher course? Does your state require you to take NCLEX in some amount of time? Good luck
