I'm taking classes in Forensic Nursing and need to conduct an interview with a healthcare professional who has worked as an expert witness in a medical malpractice, personal injury or worker's compensation case. The focus of this interview would be the expert's retention and preparation for the deposition, not what happened in subsequent  court testimony.
