Help! Error in CGFNS application form

I got my birthday wrong in my CGFNS application online and i want to change it but the online form does not give me the option to change it... i can change my name and everything but my birthdate is the one that i cant change. I can't even click on it! its all grey! I dont want it to affect the processing time of my application so thats why i wanna do this the right way... i haven't fully completed the form and have not paid yet the fee for the application... so i dnt knw why i can't change it!:crying2:

You can not change online once you have submitted application, you have to write to them

huhuhu!! Shucks... so can I email the the letter indicating the error in my application form together with my application form that im going to mail to them? I haven't sent the things that i need to send to them thru mail..

If you haven't submitted fee you could do a new one and write to them about it, not sure if they accept email changes, they didn't used to, you had to send via snail mail any changes. This is why I tend to recommend printing application first, filling it in and then filling online application or even posting it

ok ok thanks for the help... i'll just send my application form that i printed after completing the online registration attatching a letter explaining the problem with my application form... its ok to do that right?!
