Help with endorsement

Curently licned as an RN IN NY and endorsing to TX . Educated in
Lebanon and I am licned in Lebanon too.Tx requring me to verfiy my
lebanese RN through ministry of Health in lebanon . there is a form
needs to be filled by the ministry stamped and emailed from
the profissional email in Lebanese Ministry of health to TX board of
nursing . they would not acceept it if was not sent from u/ministry
proffisonal email. and it is been 3 months of trying to do so without
getting any thing from lebanese ministry not even answering call or
email . any one who went through this and what should I do ??

    I've found contacting U.S. state  government representatives has helped in the past with board of nursing issues. In this case, Try contacting the U.S. Embassy Beirut -Lebanon  to see if they have an inside Health Dept contact or if they can provide assistance my only advice.
