Help with a decision

Ok, so I already have 2 jobs working LTC. Both are per diem but I can pick up as many hours as I want. I interviewed today for a hospice position which sounds like it will be an awesome job. Then I get home and on my machine I have another job offer for part-time at a clinic with a really good doctor. So my question is this: If you work hospice, what are the pros/cons of your job? If you work in a clinic, what are the pros/cons of your job?

I still want to keep at least 1 of the LTC jobs but I also want a benefits eligible position. Both the hospice and clinic jobs are pretty much equal benefit wise. I just want some others experiences pro or con to help me make the right choice.
