Help with Concept Analysis Paper

Hey, everyone! I am in need of advice. I have been assigned a concept analysis paper and my instructor wants us to pick a concept relating to the track we are going in. I am doing the nursing education track. I am having trouble coming up with a concept for my paper. I was thinking Brenner's Novice to Expert theory but wasn't sure. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
