Help! Community Event

Do you think you guys could help me out (student) ? I joined a nursing organization and they recently established a new chapter in my area. Our goal for the end of the year is to host a women's empowerment/women's health event. The first one is going to be in the town I live which is 50-60% Hispanic. Our topics include financial wellness (including pursuing higher education) and health disparities (sexual empowerment/education, sti, and health/cancer screenings).

So my question to you is, also taking considering the fact that there is a large low income population, what are your suggestions for activities/games, prizes, goody bag items, etc, that would both encourage the general community to attend but are also beneficial/educational?

I've already reached out to quite a few non profits and agencies, including my own school, and everyone is really excited for this, but I want to make sure the event is successful.
