Hello everyone!
I need to help picking an ABSN program.
Let me tell you my deal first.
My gpa is a little weak, at about 2.9. I am working on all my Pre-requ courses now and will
do my best to get As and Bs to bring it up.
I have a BA is Psychology, so I am interested in a second degree ABSN program.
I live in California, but I am willing to go out of state for school.
I have no volunteer, or health related work experience.
After looking at all of the ABSN programs available in california I am worried that I may not be competitive.
Most of the ABSN programs that are not too impacted are at private schools. I guess I am willing to shell out
the cash if it means not waiting around for 2 years to get into a program. Many of those schools have
religious studies requirements, which I am not willing to do.
Based on everything I have said can you guys suggest some programs for me.
Thanks

Have you checked Samuel Merritt University? It is in northern Cal. If I have $55,000 I would go there, in 1 year you can finish the program which has great reputation. Your GPA is little weak, but since you are working on it, YOU CAN DO IT, then. I really wanted to go there, but decided to apply to SacState BSN.
