Keep studying, many nurses including myself graduated with a C average. I have worked critical care in ICU, CCU, ER, Trauma, neuro and some psych along with critical care flight team and now sub-acute and geriatrics. After 13 years in nursing I work steady daylight as a bedside staff nurse and once every 2 weeks I supervise a 325 bed facility. There is an end to the madness eventually.

Just had a test tonight on DM, Cirrhosis, Pancreatitis, and ABG's, I got an 80% and on the First test I got a 74% on Endorcine Disorders. So right now I have a 77% over all. We have cancer and blood disorders left will it get any better I know I should be happy but I just want to get a better grade it seems that no matter how hard I study this is what I get.
