Hello Longview Nurses

I am thinking about relocating to the Longview area. I grew up there and still have family in the area. Am curious about availability of jobs for RN's and especially about pay rates at Good Shepard. Am currently working in a step down ICU in far North TX. Have worked ICU in Dallas.

Lots of jobs at GSMC. Sign on bonus last time I looked. Pay rates ok...based on years of experience. GSMC needing nurses as they are now importing foreign nurses and using lots of agency. Check out Longview Regional and Select Specialty, too. Both of these hospitals have a lot to offer and treat their employees well. Longview is a nice area to live. Hope you find what you are looking for.
