Hello,
I have applied to a BSN program here in Texas. I currently already have a bachelors in Biology and now want to switch my focus to nursing. After getting my BSN I plan on continuing my education. I will obtain the skills and experience needed and get a advance degree in CRNA. I have one issue, I have had two mastoid surgeries that have left me deaf in my left ear. My right ear works complexly fine and if I wear a high power hearing aid I can hear in my left ear. The size of my left ear canal is that of a golf ball and if I used a stethoscope in my left ear it would not fit. Will this stop me from being a nurse or furthering my education.

You'll be fine, just look up amplified stethoscopes, where you can connect it to a headphone and/or im sure they have hearing aid compatible ones now. Heck, it might even give you an edge over us regular hearing nurses with all the advanced tech that's out there. Only down side is the cost for the stuff will be a bit higher than your average stethoscope.
