Hi, I have a quick question. I'm working in an acute inpatient facility. Last week, I received an email from the County for an interview for a CONREP Program. Is this job considered a direct patient care? It sounds challenging to me, but I want a direct patient care experience as I have planned to work as a clinical instructor in the future. I'm now an RN with almost 3 years of experience, pretty new to the field. Working on a PMHNP program and will graduate next year. Will I gain interesting experience from working for the CONREP Program? Is it worth to quit the current job if I get hired at the County? Any thoughts would be highly appreciated. Thank you.
