Hartman profile

Has anyone ever taken the Hartman psychological profile as a requirement in Human Resources before you can be given an application? I recently went to apply for a job that I am well qualified for and took this test. I consider myself to be a person with high morals, values and integrity. They said :odidn't pass! How can a person who has worked in Nursing for almost thirty years, received numerous awards and always had excellant references, and performance reviews be denied an application based on this test? It was very dehumanizing.

I think I'd have to tell them

"Take YOUR job and shove it" Johnny Paycheck

Why would you want to work in an environment like that anyway. YOU are above that.

I did the Myer Briggs once. The instructor said the way you use toilet paper can be a defining trait. I can't remember what each way means. I'm a wadder if that helps.. So was my best friend..heheheh
