what happens next?

Hi everyone,

I recently accepted a job offer and was wondering what happens next?

Should I wait until HR contacts me or should I follow up with them. I am so excited to start working I want to get all the formalities ( background check, physical..) out of the way!

How was everyone's experience?

Congratulations!!

For me, I was interviewed over the phone and was offered the position. The recruiter called me a few days later to authorize for my background check and references check. About a week later she called again to confirm everything came back and she sent me roundtrip tickets to visit/meet (I am moving from east to west coast).

I say wait a few days and if you don't hear anything.......call and inquire!
