Group one

Alright I made a mistake of leaving a job without notice, during orientation this was over two years ago. So my question to you is during that one month period is it important to place it on my resume or when I fill out an online application. I know that they will do a background check, it's on my group one report but nothing negative was said . What should I do

If you got a paycheck from them, it was a job and you can't just "forget" to include it on the resume.

IMO list it and explain what happened...better you do that than to omit it and it turns up on Group One. Even if it wasn't on Group One, the next employer could still find out about it anyway: nursing is a smaller world than you think, and you'd be surprised who knows who and where. And people HAVE been fired for forgetting to list a prior job and it came out after the fact.

Best of luck in your job hunt.
