Greystone Psychiatric

Has anyone worked at Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital in NJ that can tell me a little about working there? How's the environment, management, any safety issues. And, of course, I must ask about the RN pay...

Greystone was my first nursing job. One of funniest memories was of a Nigerian LPN chasing me down the hall calling me a stupid white boy. We had one admission and no discharges in 6 months and the head doc was having an affair with a patient. That was a long time ago, I'm sure it's better now, but one thing it still is, it's a State facility and the "tech" union is strong which brings with it a whole mentality that you find any where else. Pay is way below market but total compensation is probably equivalant
