Grady RN Residency Program 2019

Hi, has anyone received an invitation from Grady to interview for their January/February 2019 Cohort? I received an email about a month ago and have not heard back.

    I interviewed for mother baby. It was a panel interview of 2 people. I had a single interview not a group one. It was pretty laid back. The questions were all behavioral and very straightfoward

    My best advice is to just go in there be confident but most of all just be yourself. Let them see how passionate you are for the position you want. Good luck!!

    Surgical ICU and Neuro ICU. I was wondering if anyone had any info about them that would help me decide, but mother baby isn’t even close hahaha

    When you interviewed were your questions just behavioral?

    Yep, mostly it was all “tell about a time this happened.....” or “how would you react if this happened....” but of course there were basic stuff like “why do you want to work at Grady”

    On interview day, it felt like it was just ICU interviewing, so I'm happy I'm not alone! Did they tell you much about the floor we'll be on?

    I felt the same way!! No actually they didn't. Guess we'll find out in August.
