Graduate Nurse Programme

Hi! I'm looking for some advice about the Australian Graduate Nurse Programme. Can anyone give me the answers to my questions?

1. I've read that it is open to international students, is this true? I qualify next year in the UK, am I eligible?

2. I qualify as an RN with a diploma (like 90% of UK nurses!), am I eligible as I understand an RN is an RN wherever they are in the world with a degree or a diploma.

3. What are my visa options?

I've scoured the internet for information but am drawing a blank on these three points - has anyone got a graduate nurse programme handbook either for Western Australia or South Australia that may provide the information I need? Please!!!

It has links to immigration, the Australian and individual state registration boards and basically almost all the information you will need to at least get some of your answers.
