Got the job!!!

Hi, just wanted to post that I was offered and excepted a position in the NICU. I graduate and take the boards in May. I smiled for 2 hours after I got the job. I am so happy. It really helped my confidence in regards to accepting this position as a new grad from all of the posts and discussions that the NICU nurses provide on this board. I feel that there are alot of people who support the idea of new grads in the NICU and have confidence we will do well. So thanks everyone!

WAY TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work in high risk OB, and I tell you I really appreciate knowing I have some one there that can take over the baby care when they come to early !! NICU is a very special place .......... My nephew lived for 6 months after being born at term, he spent half of that time in the NICU. The nurses made a very difficult time bearable, they and you are a very special breed CONGRATS !!!! and good luck !!:balloons:
