Going to staff after a contract

Does anyone know if most agencies have a contract with hospitals prohibiting hiring of travel nurses after their contracts are up?

Some have written stipulation that you can be hire 120 day after your last assignments.

They typically have the agreement with you. However, it is hard to enforce especially if you do it discreetly. I know for a fact some of the big name companies have sued or put an injunctions on nurses after finding out. What does your contract say?

like i said earlier my contract allow me to be hire by the company 120 days after the last day of my assignment.

My contract says nothing about me working for the hospital...I just wondered if most companied signed contracts with the hospital itself.

I have a friend who took a job with a hospital she had worked on contract. She quit that job when they started using travelers again but couldn't work there again as a traveler. Didn't find out about the issue until she was unemployed for over a month and couldn't figure out what was going on.

There is nothing "discreet" in work. If you have a secret known by more than you it's no longer a secret.
