Going it on my own as a CNA

Good afternoon! I am wondering if anyone can tell me where I can find information on rules and regulations regarding nursing assistants working as independent contractors. Are there special state/federal regulations or licenses one must have? I live in Minnesota if that is helpful. Thank you!

    I would probably contact your state board of nursing regarding scope of practice for the CNA in your state
