Given certificate but failed

Hi, I have done 2.5 years out of 4 of my rn. I was given a certificate as I was transferring but was failed three days later. My teacher knew she was going to fail me. I passed marks wise but she stated I wasn't good in my clinical and shouldn't be a nurse. My clinical was in a daycare so I don't feel this was right. Can I sue about the certificate? Thanks
