Gift Suggestions?

My colleague just obtained her MS and was promoted to a nurse clinician on our unit and I'd like to get her a congratulatory gift. I'd like it to be something related to nursing, but just can not think of anything, so naturally I turn to all of you :). Thanks in advance to any suggestions, all will be appreciated.

if you dont have a price range a monogrammed leather portfolio/calender etc...is nice
