Have you been reading your rationales for all the questions, right or wrong? Have you been also reviewing content? If you're scores are not where you think they should be, it could be for a few reasons. I would think the first reason would be that maybe you're lacking in some content areas. Maybe try brushing up on that. Do you have test anxiety? Maybe that's it. When you're doing your questions, are you doing them in a relaxed way and just trying to think yourself through it or are you freaking out thinking about the future NCLEX? Also, are you using methods such as ABC's, Maslows, and the Nursing process to answer your questions (the ones that can be answered that way). There could be a lot of reasons, but those are the ones that come to my mind, mainly because that was MY problem.
Thank you. I am lil poor in some content areas and i am reading rationles for every question(right or wrong). I'll definitely work with my weak areas. Thank you once again.

It can be due to too many reasons,, iam sure you can increase your score,, start working on your strategies,, email me,, I will attach you 2 files,, so read question very carefully paying attention to keywords,, working on contents,, you don't have to know them in too much specifics,, but know them,, iam attaching these strategies read them as well
Nclex strategies
You can still pass,, I really think that it matters a lot doing the strategy and reading the question carefully,, follow the following steps,, from my personal experience,
1. Read the question very carefully, pay attention to keywords,, ex. Childs age,, toddler, preschoolers,, etc,, preop, how long,, or postop,, ,, and then pay attention to what they are asking,, the stem,,
2. Red answer choices carefully, you will automatically have your gut on one question,, read other choices while you eliminate if possible,,
3. Go back to the question,, and read again, if you need more clarification,, then if you see that the first answer you picked is verifiable or no other answer beats it, z then go for the first one,,
4. Remember,, every question is priority,, when they say most important,, they are saying there is one thing you have to so,, so think physical needs and ABC,
5. Please do not spend more than 1.5 min per question or even less unless you get sata question,, the n you can spend a little more,, but learn to be time efficient as it will eliminate errors
6. Do not add info,, and make assumptions,, work with what you have only,, I used to Make this mistake a lot
7. Follow decision tree,, and remember, physical needs take priority over psychosocial or other needs,, pain is psychosocial need,, ..... Does the question require assessment or implementation,, ? If no validation needed ( you have all info needed in question. No need for assessment), then you must implement, remember physical needs and ABC first,,,, if you need more info,,, for example, patient has abdominal pain,, tenderness, etc,, must assess that first,, before implementing,,
8. Take care of immediate needs first,, (happening now) then care for potential problems later,, for example,, patient is bleeding at iv insertion site,, stop bleeding first,, ( abc) circulation need,, happening now,,
9. Do not throw the buck,, DO NOT CALL PHYSICIAN unless it is really urgent and there is nothing you can do,, example: if patient short of breath,, bleeding,, etc.. Reposition,, out pressure at site,, before calling physician,, ...... If you are faced with a situation, where, no action can be taken.! – example,, severe pain when cast placed,, (compartment syndrome) must call physician immediately,,
7. Be strong,, remain positive and focused,, remember you are going to beat this test,, which was made by humans not alians
Best wishes
