I am extremely frustrated right now. I graduated last month and have been patiently waiting for my ATT, which all of my classmates I've spoken with have received. When I check my state's BON, it states they are waiting for me to pay pearson vue. I contacted pearson vue through livechat, email, and then finally phone. They said when I paid it (Dec. 27th), they automatically sent notification to the board, and they cannot resend notification. The board claims they never got it, and can't do anything until they receive it from them.
Any ideas? Neither party is willing to help, and I can't -and shouldn't have to- fork out another $200 to re-register and hope the info gets across this time.
