georgia to another state

Good :nurse:morning to all, I've applied to georgia last january 2007, i want to change my state to CA since i've didn't pass the CGFNS which i needed in my georgia application. Can I pass my CA application now and register to NCLEX again?:nurse:

what do you mean transfer? or you mean you register at pearson for Geprgia and wnat t transfer for state Nclex in CA, well you can call the pearsonvue and pay for $50. but remeber CA does not issue license card if you dt have ssn.

i have already passed my NCLEX applications last January 2007. In the NCLEX bulletin it is stated that once the board does not made you eligible within the 365 time period your registration is forfeited. Does this mean that my application to georgia is also forfeited? Can I pass another NCLEX application but with a new board of nursing which is New Mexico?

If you want to move to another state to register for licensure to be a RN in the US and haven't yet taken NCLEX then you need to apply to the new state and meet requirements as foreign trained nurse. You have to start the process all over again as you can not pass application from state to state, which will mean arranging all docs to be sent
