Hi everyone

I was just wondering if as a new nurse you can work part time....I am not sure what I will do but I was curious if we are allowed.....

thank you

i am working 32 hours. it's part time with benefits. at my hospital no one they have hired in the last couple of years works more than 32 hours, because it increases job satisfaction.

you could probably find a place where you can work less than that, however I would recommend for the first year to work a little more than you would like. Otherwise you will never get your skills under you, in my opinion.
