Anyone already completed vaccinations requirement? 

We need to submit a proof of flu shot but it isn’t flu season yet. I’m so confused

the only requirements I see now are the fingerprints, drug test and background check. Nothing else.

You have to pay for the document manager to get everything else needed. It's in the checklist you were sent in the email

OMG you are right. I forgot about that part. Already paid and I can see all the documents now. Thank you.

Hey guys, how yall doing with the castle branch? I'm stuck at the Hepatitis B requirement!! I uploaded all documents for 3 vaccinations. Now it's asking for a positive antibody titer or something. Does anyone how to get it done?? 

I'm pretty sure you have to have both, the 3 vaccines and titer lab. I have my titers but I'm having trouble getting my vaccine records out of Oregon. So I'm thinking of just signing the waiver on the physical form. It looks like it's the only thing we can opt out of.

Yay!! Got accepted Lee Anew...my first choice and congrats to everyone else who got accepted.  For those that didn't, don't give up. Look forward to meeting all of you this fall.

Congrats! I got accepted to Charlotte although Lee was my first choice but whatever I'm happy that I'm finally in the program. Good luck!

I think you can get it ahead of time or just opt-out. If you opt-out there is a form you have to sign and I'm assuming they will require you to wear a mask. But not 100 percent sure on any of it.

I sent an email to Sarah to confirm if they received the confirmation and she says yes.
