Fresenius application

I just got my approval to go back to work (yay!) and am working on applications. I am about to do Fresenius application and one of the questions they ask is "Are you bound by a non-complete agreement or other contract that would prohibit or restrict your employment or your performance of any of he duties you may be assigned to during your employment?" Do I answer yes to this?! I have stips: no narcs for 6 months, no nights, no overtime. This is with the general employment questions and I feel like if I say yes, it will automatically disqualify me! And if I click yes it doesn't even give me a space to "explain." Any help would be appreciated!

I took my addiction and monitoring as a health condition- think of the restrictions as "light duty". You would not be required to divulge any other health problem on an application, but the wording of this question is tricky... total grey area. Wish I could be more help, I would likely enter "no" at this time. Make a good impression at the interview, and then once the decision is made to offer a position talk to the manager.

Otherwise you could be told no by HR... I was a manager once- had a totally qualified great nurse, she brought up her felony conviction (that was disclosed on her application, I had ignored it)- by highlighting this and telling the story it made me focus on that aspect of her life... I regret not hiring her in retrospect... but in any application/interview present your best self
