I interviewed today for a student nurse position. I am afraid because the manager never really asked me questions. She asked about some skills and then just told me about the job and then we went on a tour. I am nervous that I did not make a good impression or something since she didn't ask me the "normal" questions. I am wondering if I should send her an email to thank her for her time and just kinda as a follow up so that she knows that I am interested in the position and kinda get my name in there, but I don't want to be annoying either. please let me know!

Yes, definitely follow-up with a thank you note. Tell her that you enjoyed talking with her and touring the unit. Comment on what a great job opportunity it offers for someone like you. Remind her how to contact you and that you would be happy to answers any questions she might at this time. Close the note by saying that you look forward to hearing from her -- or something like that.
For the record ... always follow-up an interview with a thank you note.
Good luck
