Today was the day I thought I'd be hearing about moving forward into an Acute position with Davita but the hiring manager has not contacted me and I tried to follow up with the recruiter but her phone went to voicemail and she hasn't called back or replied to the email that I sent. I guess it is back to putting in hundreds of applications hoping to get another interview somewhere...this was the first interview I've gotten in over 200 applications It's either that or I work on finding a second PT non nursing job to make ends meet and forgo this whole process...I'm quickly getting to the point where I can't afford to keep looking for work as an RN. Has anyone else experienced Davita or another company saying they will call on a certain date and then not hear anything from them. It doesn't seem like good business to me. Even if the HM rejected me she still should call...or should I just wait until next week sometime to hear from someone?
