Florida license Null and Void to active

My FLORIDA lpn license expired in 2013 and I never renewed it because I was not working in the field. I am now looking to enroll in an LPN to RN bridge program but as of July my license is Null and Void. Would I need to take a refresher course in order to regain my license even though it has only been 2 yrs since expiration? I contacted the board but am still awaiting a response. Please help!!

    Have you checked to see if they have any guidelines posted online? This is a fairly common issue, so I would think that the information would be available in an FAQ.
