Float pool CNA position

I have an interview for a float pool CNA position for night shifts. It is also per diem. What should I expect them to ask me? I'm guessing situation scenarios but I don't really have any hands on experience except for my first semester of nursing school and volunteering at a different hospital for a year.

I've had the same job for 7 years so its been a while since I've been in an interview. I have read tips like knowing the hospital's mission statement, know the chain of command and difficult situations I have resolved in the past but for a float pool CNA? Would they ask specific things with certain units?

Also I just want to get a sense of whats in a float pool position. I get that they move around floors and what not but with per diem I assume I only work when people have vacation days, call in sick, emergencies etc. I am a night person (I work nights at my other job so its not a problem) So I'm not worried about that but I have heard bad things about being in a float pool. But I figured with per diem it wouldn't be too bad. I am doing this for the learning experience. :)

Opinions would be helpful. Thank you in advance :)

lol, no i'm joking. They asked me typical questions. What do you know about the hospital, strengths/weaknesses, future plans, what u think the job will entail you to do, hour/shift preference, scenario questions (what you would do in this situation).
