Flagged again?

So when I took my NCLEX-PN, I got flagged for review for "speed" and it took 5 days to get my results. I took 86 questions in 25 minutes, which I get is an issue.

I took my NCLEX-RN today and did 75 questions in 39 minutes, most of which were SATA. I'm getting the hold message when I do the PVT. Is there a time frame that you're supposed to take the test to avoid getting flagged? Am I completely screwed, again?

If you took an "average" amount of time to complete the NCLEX, no flag is raised for completion time. But since you took it in an inordinantly SHORT period of time, it's flagged as a potential 'problem' by Pearson Vue. You might be very fast.....or you might be cheating. PV doesn't know which, so it takes some time to review the situation.

Holds last anywhere from 24-72 hours, typically; once the hold is lifted, the PVT will work fine. BTW, if you tested today, you shouldn't be bothering with PVT at all, as it's too early to get results anyway (if there was no hold, that is).

Assuming you have nothing to worry about regarding the integrity of the test, you'll find out soon enough :) Hang in there!
