First Phone Interview Tips

Hello everyone, I just finished up school this week and graduation is on the 15th. I have only applied to one job, which is my dream job btw of working in the ER. Well I got a call back for an interview over the phone two days after applying. I was hoping that you guys can give me some of your best tips for a phone interview. Im ecstatic that I even got a call back for my dream job. I have never done a phone interview before, so this is all new to me! Hopefully I will be taking my NCLEX very soon. I should get my ATT any day now. :D

    People know if you are smiling when you are talking to someone... so smile. Have an upbeat/enthusiastic voice and a positive attitude.

    I was asked some basic screening questions with salary for new grads, availability and then several questions about previous encounters, time when you dealt with a difficult patient, time that you went above and beyond etc. they also asked why I wanted to work for the particular system.
