Any advice and tips for my first interview for a new grad nurse! 

 

Also I need help with my “weakness” questions let me know what y’all think?? I’ll take all the help I can get! thank you! 

 

“my weakness is that I don’t know when to say no and then get overwhelmed easily, and I am working on setting limits and researching the best way to delegate task to others as to not feel overwhelmed“

    Here are a couple of things to think about. Do you have a specific strategy that you are implementing to address this weakness?

    Also, since "I don't know when to say no" can come across as sort of a self-serving answer, an interviewer may ask you to describe a specific time that this weakness caused a problem for you. That way they can see that you are being genuine.
