First Clinical Supervisor position

Hello all, I have been lurking for years now in the Home Health section, but, I have newly accepted a position as a home care clinical supervisor. The home care is very new (couple years old) and very small (I am the only clinical supervisor) and I am so thrilled. I've been pointing my career in this direction since I realized home care was for me. I'm especially thrilled because it is such a small company I am going to still be able to see patients regularly... I don't know when I start, when the cori comes back he'll let me know and I can give my notice at my job.

Problem is, I am young, younger than most in my position I think, and I am concerned I will be met with opposition... Was there anyone who took a similar position in their late 20s? Any advice? Ty!
