Fingerprinting

I am currently enrolled and need to do my fingerprints. I have an arrest on my record with no conviction. This happened a few years ago while being an RN. I have sealed my record; however, I am told it is sealed to the public and may be seen at a federal level. UGH, I am so worried this is going to keep me from finishing. Any suggestions?
