Finding a job with probation

My question is:

What happens if you can't find a job during your probationary period?

In my program, you would not be able to finish probation. One of the stipulations is working as a nurse consistently for one year.

I just finished three years probation. My advice would be to go to places where you know someone. People don't want to give you a chance unless they know you or have worked with you before. Also, psych hospitals and drug rehabs are more forgiving because they work with addicts. They like to have addicts working with their clients because they understand what they are going through. Good luck.
