Finding a job on the NPDB

Hello, I have had a rough past but have done volunteer work/meals on wheels stuff to help over come it.  It took me a long to to apply to take the NCLEX because I was nervous about being denied.  Well, I took it and passed but now cannot find a job.  I have 10 years of hospital experience with a 5 year gap from nursing school to passing the NCLEX.  I've submitted lots of applications but nobody wants to hire me.

The board of nursing has given me a probationary license with a history for 2 DUI's and a sexual misconduct charge.  The sexual misconduct charge was minor and unintentional but I feel it is holding me back from finding a job in the bible belt.  Does anyone have any recommendations for getting started with this type of background?  Thank you.
