Finally received my license!

I submitted my application for endorsement mid-November, and finally received my license number! It's been a long, stressful wait. I do not advise endorsing to California as it takes forever and a day!

    Did you apply online via BreEZe? Or did you send your application in to to BVNPT? And do you know if they process applications faster via electronic route as opposed to mailing it in paper route?

    I sent in my application via paper! I have no idea if it goes quicker if you do it through breeze.
