Hi everyone!
You have no idea how HAPPY and RELIEVED I am that I have finally completed my associates in nursing program!!! It's been a long journey, filled with many moments of happiness and pride, but also a difficult journey at times. I gave 100% to this program, didactic and practicum alike. I never took a short cut, because I know that there are no safe nor desired shortcuts in nursing!! Soon I will be taking the board exam, and I am fired up and ready to go!
I can finally see the blue sky again. Watch and admire trees and nature. Look around me and actually notice things non related to nursing, since I forgot how to do that in the past 3 years :)
My faculty was AMAZING, except one single "professor ", who was the opposite of everyone else. But as we all know, there is always someone like that everywhere.
I feel alive again, and more confident than ever!
Thank you ALLNURSES for this forum! I've been more of a lurker in the past year, but nevertheless, I read this site any chance I get!
