Final Essay

The final assignment has been handed in!!

felt all calm and relaxed about it for a week, then started having really odd dreams, in all of them I've failed the assignment and am looking at re-writing. These dreams are getting ridiculous, the other day I got up and was totally convinced I needed to start all over again........

I'm going quietly mad here with all the waiting for results!

You are just anxious! Take a deep breath... Do some square breathing...That is, deep breath in to the count of 4, hold to the count of four, exhale to the count of 4 and hold to the count of 4....Relax...Its all done...Let us know how you did which I am SURE was and is FINE!

after all that, weeks without a proper sleep and for what?

can you believe it

I PASSED MY FINAL ASSIGNMENT

:D

I might now rest easy (until starting final placement on monday that is.......)

YAY! I have been a nurse for 23 years and STILL before any assignment, class, practical ( such as neopnatal resus or arrythmia courses, even CPR), I get myself so frantic that my husband has learned just to accept that is the way I am and how I handle things. I never think I will pass and I always do, so all that lack of sleep and awful stuff is just in the past, until the next time! Good for you!

well done

its all over

maybe

Now the Post reg courses start - I also get frantic before all courses even as a lecturer but I dont think the pressure is ever the same as that final assingment.

Good luck with the rest of your career.
