Fill in the blank ?

Hello all I’m in my 5th semester and now we have a new professor. She has changed things up quite a bit. She has eliminated the multiple choice questions and will be doing only fill in the blank questions, if the spelling is not correct it gets marked wrong. Is this typical? And how screwed am I ? Thank you

    I had those questions back in 1990s, between 2015 and 2016, and then in my nursing classes 2021-2022. Questions are mixed with blanks, SATAs, and multiple choices.
