FHCHS CRNA program - anyone applying?

it is one of the programs that i am applying to. i have done a significant amount of research about the program....thus far it appears to be solid.

i couldn't find any information about the interview or selection process. maybe this will initiate a few more insightful posts about the college.

Thanks for your reply - are you applying this year? Do you have a CCRN? and do you mind if I ask you how did you do on the GRE... why did you choose FHCHS?

i do have my ccrn and cen. i am also a nationally registered paramedic. i take the gre is several weeks. i am applying to several different programs, some in florida, some elsewhere. i have been shadowing quite a bit and will dive into chemistry, biochem, and graduate level physiology class after the gre. i choose fhchs for a many different reasons. one was that i have family in the area. another reason was that it is a faith based institution

I see, Yeah I am looking for a faith based institution as well - I am taking the CCRN in 3 weeks - how did you prepare for it>?

I actually listen to Laura Gasparis DVD that had been converted to a MP3 file and then loaded it up on my ipod. It was very helpful for me. You can find more information at Great Nurses

Wondering if any current students of the CRNA program at FHCHS could speak to the recent (rumored) firing of the program director. Where does that leave the class of 2013? The school's accreditation is up for review in May of 2013, what if it is not renewed for the current class? Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
