ffp transfusion...help!

What NANDA diagnosis can you use for a pt. who is receiving a blood transfusion? I have to do a care plan & need help. Thanks!:heartbeat

a blood transfusion is a medical treatment. a nursing diagnosis is a patient problem that is most often based upon the symptoms a patient has exhibited in response to a medical disease or condition. since you have not supplied any of that information, can't help you. sorry. why was this transfusion ordered? what does the doctor expect it to accomplish?
