Failed Teas by 3 points

:bluecry1::(:banghead::crying2:

I feel so bad, I went in the morning to meet with my advisor and she told me that I missed passing by only three points. I thought I would be okay, I took the test and took the online test and still failed. What do I do now? I have to wait until next Feb 2010 before I can retake the test. What else can I study to be prepard. The math section really hurt me. I have such math anxiety. Has anyone used the teas flash cards to study? Did they work? IF so is there anyone on here that would be willing to sell me theres if you dont need them anymore? I just dont know..... Just needed to vent.

Hi Terri, I am sorry you missed it by such few points. If math was the hardest part try taking a refesher course. Some community colleges have self paced math classes, which enables you to brush up on the areas needed, instead of starting back at the basics. I was out of school for 10 years and when I took a math placement test I did horrible. So I did retake everything starting with pre-algebra and ended with statistics. There are other study books you can get that might help, such as the kaplan guide or others that offer preperation for the net or teas test. Your best bet to get a higher score next time is to focus on all the areas. With a year to wait it may be hard to study now, but try to keep up your knowledge by continuing to test yourself.
